The space is great for baby or wedding showers, birthday parties, graduation parties, anniversary parties, and other types of family gatherings. It even has a raised platform, which is great for highlighting your extra special guests.
Rental of the town hall space is available to town residents and employees.

For available dates and reservations, call the Admin. Office at (301) 779-2161. All reservations must be confirmed through staff.
The room will comfortably handle around 65 people or less.
Rental Rules
- Absolutely no sitting on tables or standing on chairs.
- Town furniture, e.i. tables/chairs, cannot leave the building.
- There is a kitchen that includes a double sink (no garbage disposal), refrigerator, ice machine, and a microwave (no oven/stove).
- The microwave and refrigerator must be cleaned after use.
- It is expected that the space overall is returned back to the same condition it was found. Extra clean up costs or cost of damaged items will be charged back to the person signing the rental agreement.
